Yesterday was stupid.

Not only because of what happened in Boston, but because I handed over control of my emotions to another person. It's probably silly to put my own personal struggles in the same category as the horrifying event that happened in Boston, but there you have it. Yesterday was stupid.

Hey, at least you can look back at yesterday and identify WHY it was stupid. That's always good; it's the first step to fixing it.

It's not silly to mention your own personal struggles. I'm sure your day was made worse when you saw the news about Boston. Yesterday was very stupid. I'll say a quick prayer that you'll feel more in control of your emotions. I know that all too well. I think it's just a girl thing.

I can relate. I was in a similar situation yesterday. Yesterday was really stupid. On the same note as a previous commenter, at least we can reflect and see why it was stupid. That's a blessing in itself.

I could not agree more with this! I remind myself frequently not to let others play a part in how I feel etc. But sometimes they just do. Hope today is better!

That quiote says it all and is exactly what I needed to be reminded of.
